About Mike Weber
Mike Weber works with an attitude of service as the Senior Servant at Center for Serving Leadership. Mike is motivated by one fundamental business principle: Leadership means making decisions that support the care of people and the world in which we live.
This is a theme woven through Mike’s senior executive career. His commitment to building and maintaining long-term relationships of trust has added significant value to the lives of both employees and customers. “I am a servant,” he explains. “I serve our customers, and I serve 158 employees and their families. My focus is on impacting people’s lives. If the people I work with are successful—of course, part of the job is to make sure we define success in the same way and in a meaningful way, the business results come. We create value by empowering people and optimizing their contributions. But we cannot do that without getting to know them and understanding them. When we align their strengths with the business drivers, we have the privilege of watching them perform their magic.”
