Mike Weber has spent over 35 years as a manager and leader of businesses in the light manufacturing market place. He and his teams have consistently increased market share, revenues, and profits. He led a team that increased revenues from $11M to over $56M with double digit returns. He focused on making continuous incremental improvements across the entire organization as he empowered his team to build their capacity. He led the team with the simple mantra, “We define our success by the success of others.” He focused first on his direct reports, ensuring they had the opportunity to be successful. This focus supported a cascading impact of positive results as staff at all levels of the organization identified and pursued important outcomes together. Mike is passionate about removing obstacles that stand in the way of leadership success and he brings this passion into the service of every business owner and leader he coaches.
