John has pioneered training solutions for thirty years, working with organizations around the world that want to produce outstanding results by investing in their people. He has written eight books, including the international best-sellers, The Serving Leader and Ten Thousand Horses. John has coached executives in Progress Rail (a Caterpillar Company), Pan Pacific Hotel Group (Singapore), Honda’s North American Lean Network, the Veterans Administration, hundreds of other businesses in the U.S., Singapore, and Hong Kong.

Dan Cawley;
Mr. Cawley is the Founder, President, and CEO of Cawley Chicago Real Estate and Metro Chicago Property Management. His commercial real estate career started post college in 1977 working in his father’s small-town real estate company. Dan headed to the Chicago suburbs in 1985 and founded Cawley Chicago Commercial Real Estate Company in 1998. Dan’s vision was to provide a difference-making client experience that the large publicly traded companies could not match.
