I am very much inspired by the Serving Leadership model as it gave me more clarity in building leadership capabilities. The Serving Leadership Actions cater to building influence and ability rather than to using control and toxic leadership tactics. The Serving Leader Model amplified my understanding of leadership foundations and has ignited my passion to master this model and coach others to be Serving Leaders.

About Leonel Alaniz
My name is Leonel Alaniz, I was born in 1999 in Nicaragua, Central America. I started working as a worship pastor in 2017 for a church in my hometown and enjoyed every minute of it. In 2020 the Lord opened a new door for me to serve as an associate pastor for that same church where I serve next to an amazing team of pastors and leaders. During my time working for this ministry, I have had the opportunity to serve and train several pastors in the rural area of our country in our Bible Institute. I was recently married to Daniella and we serve together. I was delighted to take the Serving Leader Cohort from Center for Serving Leadership and look forward to translating this material and sharing it with other leaders in this nation.
