Dr. John Stahl-Wert works with organizations that want to build great leaders, who achieve great results by bringing out the very best in their people. He is a best-selling author, a highly sought-after keynote speaker, and an expert in growing great leaders. John also serves as President of Newton Institute, the parent company of the Center for Serving Leadership.
John’s vision to build a worldwide community of Serving Leaders is being realized by doing what he does best: facilitating cohorts in cities around the world; embedding Serving Leader best practices inside great companies; and certifying partners that co-labor with the Center for Serving Leadership in this vision.
Darrin serves as President of the Center for Serving Leadership, whose mission is to cultivate the global community of Serving Leaders, strategically located at the Sagamore Institute, an Indianapolis-based action-oriented Think Tank. With more than 25 years of executive leadership experience in communications, media, branding, sports philanthropy and non-profit sectors, Darrin provides leadership advisory services which include behavioral assessments, executive coaching and Serving Leadership trainings that lead to higher levels of organizational performance and improve corporate culture.
Director, Programs & Curriculum
Toni has a passion for strategic visioning and the process of connecting, aligning, engaging, and empowering people and systems. As Director of Programs and Curriculum, Toni serves to shepherd our programs in a state of continuous improvement. She brings more than 30 years of experience in communications, program design, program/project leadership, and community service to her role. Prior to joining the Center, Toni served as the director of marketing and corporate communications for parent company Newton Consulting. She has been an independent consultant for community and strategic development, program director of a nonprofit education center, founder and director of Roots To Rhythm interactive group development programs, photojournalist and editor at metro and community newspapers, and has served on many nonprofit boards. Toni holds a Bachelor of Science in Journalism degree from Ohio University.
Director, Business & Partner Development
An accomplished leader in strategic growth, sales, and marketing, John’s passion for communicating and networking has led to a successful career in sales and business development. John’s focus at the Center for Serving Leadership is to align the marketplace need for leadership solutions with our services. This includes developing strategic partner alliances that will extend and multiply the reach of the Center for Serving Leadership. On a day-to-day basis, John meets with clients and partners to build and strengthen relationships, better understand their specific needs, and to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
